Operation Executive
Job Responsibilities
Daily management and coordination of export/import shipments.
Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments.
Track and trace all shipments.
Prepare and publish daily, weekly reports.
Answer and resolve billing questions when needed.
Confirm rates with carriers.
Responsible for cost containment of shipment.
Evaluate shipments, consolidate loads, and select most cost effective method of delivery.
Lane analysis required on order to select most appropriate mode.
Create, coordinate export and import commercial documents.
Daily Communication with customer on relevant issues and resolution.
Job Requirement
2 years experience in a freight-forwarding environment.
Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and organize work efforts by prospecting, developing and closing

Achieve sales goals through hands-on market planning, personal sales

Research and Maintain Current Information Regarding:

Bachelor degree preferred. Sales experience may substitute for education.
